In our effort to provide you with the best possible service, we need your cooperation: 
               
Order Policy 
  1. Please place your orders before 3.00pm for delivery the next day.            
  2. Orders received after 3.00pm will be sent 2 working days later.   
  3. For Monday delivery, we require the order by Saturday 11.00am.              
  4. We are closed on Sunday & Public Holidays.           
  5. To place your orders, please fax to 6774 4743, SMS to 8339 1039 or email sales@hubers.com.sg . All orders must be signed off clearly."     
  6. Please REMEMBER to quote the Product Code Number to ensure the correct item is delivered.        
  7. MINIMUM order for free delivery is $150.00.             
  8. Orders below $150.00 will incur a $15 delivery fee.             
  9. Goods ordered wrongly will incur a $5.00 pick up fee.       
  10. For indent items, please check with the sales personnel handling your account on the schedule.      
  11. Please check to ensure goods delivered are correct. Once goods are signed for, it is the discretion of Huber’s whether goods can be returned or exchanged."    
               
Return Policy
In the event that you wish to return our goods, we seek your cooperation to ensure a smooth process.                   
  1. There needs to be a valid reason for the return of goods. Return of goods must be authorized by the respective sales personnel or sales administrator."             
  2. Return request must be raised during receiving or within 1 Working Day of the delivery.            
  3. Return of goods must be accompanied by a duly completed Product Return form available from our drivers. "     
  4. Returned goods must:            
    1. be in its original packaging,  
    2. retain its original label,           
    3. be kept in its intended proper storage condition (chilled or frozen), and 
    4. not exhibit signs of abuse or adulteration
  5. A $5.00 pick up fee will be incurred if the return is due to wrong order made.    
  6. A credit note will be issued for valid returns.            
If the goods to be returned do not fulfil any of the conditions, Huber’s will not accept the return of the goods.          
               
Cancellation Policy 
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please check with your respective sales personnel or sales administrator on the status of your order.                         
Please note that there will be No Cancellation allowed if your order has been prepared.
